Yeah for sure. I can certainly see Godchaux sticking around but more as a rotational/situation piece and not necessarily a key guy. And his money doesn't align with that, which is part of the reason I could see a trade.Your right on that Ross, as Jonathan Jones said many of the veterans felt like they never had a coaching advantage when it came to game planning. Boy I'm glad that's over!! I guess everyone would be on a clean slate like Vrabel said.
I also don't really think his pro-Mayo comments all year were really a big deal. I always got the impression that he was doing that because he got his extension he wanted in the summer, so he felt obligated to go to bat for those guys in return. He never said anything as egregious as Tavai.
