I would say both. They want a deal that will blow them away. Maybe even more than just two picks. Multiple picks in 2017 and another first in 2018

This says to me people are calling with offers of 2nd round picks and Bill is not so subtly telling them its gonna take a lot more then that. Just normal bartering and salesmanship nothing to see here

Realistically a top 5 pick is unlikely, so I dont see the Bears and 49ers trading #2 or #3 for JamesG, unless they trade down and use a later first round pick plus something. I'd add that this doesn't seem to be a draft that's attractive to trade up, so it may not be easy or interesting for those teams to trade down. They may stay put for lack of offers.

#12 from the Browns is realistic. And you have some teams not being mentioned that can make a play, so I think the price is somewhere around a 1st and a 3rd (or 4th) but you dont even start talking without a 1st in the conversation.
