Bill Belichick has lost 3 consecutive years in the playoffs.
Is that criticism or simply just a fact?
That's not what you wrote and you know it.

Actually that's EXACTLY what I wrote, since you quoted it.
Since I've been called a troll for pointing out that Belichick broke a rule and lost 3 consecutive years in the playoffs, I'd be happy to look over the final product.
Are you lying or are you just being obtuse?
This is what you wrote, so your notion of EXACTLY = being imprecise, which I guess explains your difficulties here.
It's pretty clear that you're emphasizing in this sentence that Belichick has done some bad things by not winning the Super Bowl.
You're one of the few fans I've met who thinks not winning the Super Bowl is a thing that should reflect badly on Belichick, as should the rule-breaking.
Have you guys noticed that since PFT linked to that Yahoo story regarding the Broncos spying on the Chargers, suddenly other media is noticing? This story is written in September and nobody says a word about, but now it's being reported that Shannahan is going to issue a strong denial in the coming days..

That's just your "interpretation" haha. You are just hearing facts and get worked up because they are TRUE and they don't glorify Belichick. And I never said that he has "done bad things" by losing in the playoffs - just your interpretation.
Believe it or not, a $500,000 fine along with a $250,000 team fine and loss of a 1st-rounder DOES reflect badly. I'm not here to defend him, I've forgiven him and moved on.
That's big of you, considering you had nothing to forgive.
Uh, yeah, Belichick made a mistake and paid dearly for it. The guy is not above the rules, no matter how much you glorify him or stick up for him.
1.) If you'd really 'forgiven' him, you wouldn't be crying about it in thread after thread, particularly this one.
2.) You have nothing to 'forgive' because he didn't wrong you.

1) I've been trying to remind some people that he did do wrong.
2) Uh, yeah - I've been a fan of his for a long time and I thought he ran this organization the right way, and I was really disappointed with Spygate. So yeah, I had to forgive him or I wouldn't bother supporting him again.
No, you've been behaving like an ass. This thread clearly laid out its purpose, but you just couldn't help yourself. And that's not even getting into the questionably 'accuracy' of your argument.
Get over it, you can't control what people think or say.
No - Belichick is not above the rules.
But the majority of the coaches and GMs of all the other teams discussed in this thread apparently ARE, as they have clearly been treated very very differently than Belichick.
Do you really fail to see this? The evidence is in every link in this thread. Have you not read any?
That's the whole point of this thread.
No, but if you're being an ass, we can point it out. You're being an ass.
So I'm supposed to feel better about our coach breaking the rules because other coaches break rules? What morals you have.
This is a perfect example. BB didn't break any rule.
