Yep. I was high on Oakland last year and thought the AFCCG had good chance to be in Oakland prior to the season starting.

Not so much this year. Carr injury plus they just aren't that good defensively or offensively against great Ds. Cooper dissapears for too many games for as good as he should be.

Dude, Heath was classic at the end. And I think he showed great restraint throughout. It looked like he wanted to say a lot more than he actually does in the clip.

There's no question there's talent on that team. But I still think NE is the superior team, not just the better coached team. That game will be tough and I think the very next game after that is against the Steelers. That's a tough little two-game stretch there.

Absolutely. I love what they've done and are doing. Really like a lot of their draft picks (Mack, Joseph, Obi, Vanderdoes and Edwards) some FA's they've brought in recently like Penn, Irvin etc.

It's incredibly difficult to win consistently in this league. Last year might as well be 5 years ago with the way things change in this sport.

I've said it for a while but the Raiders still have a lot to prove. Can they continue to win all those close games? History says their due for a big let down there.

I'm a big Carr fan and thought he went from underrated to over hyped. I posted it above but in terms of efficiency Oak isn't that far off from KC. Carr still has miles to go before hes considered "elite" imho. Biggest knock coming out of college was the way he dealt with pressure and it still gives him fits. That was Jimmys biggest knock as well.

Oakland deserves a lot of respect and I think Lynch is a perfect fit with their oline/zone but there's a preception out there that's not true.

Oakland reminds me of The Steelers with a dominant pass rusher. They have lots of offensive talent, but NO defense. Yes, they will contend; but they are NO match for us. It is what it is.

Heath changed any selection that was for the Raiders (one) to the Patriots along with everything else and threw his card in the air, proclaiming the argument was over before walking out of the frame. LOL
