BB to Mac: "Yea, we cant deny it now, you're better than cam. You're the starter"

That was great performance by Nordin. I think he's the one...but not to sure we would get anything for Folk.

I missed what ales Folk currently. But that kid sounds a lot like Zuerlein when he first got in the league.

Also, interesting to hear so much about LaCosse. I had him all but gone by the first cutdown, but sounds like he's showing up as well as Henry so far. Which is worrisome for Henry and his huge $$.
I wouldn’t worry about Henry. He’s a damned good TE. He will be a beast in tandem w/Smith. LaCosse is playing for a spot on another team. I’m more impressed by Fumigalli.

Thanks Zuma. I don't have the twitter ****, so this comes in very handy. Actually I lied, I found out that I have a twitter account about a year ago. Got an email, thought it was fake. Nope real deal account in my usual handle. I had 5 tweets from my account...all of them in Spanish. I know like 3 words in spanish...

About to hit the fireball and lord knows drinking and Pats fanning does not end well...ever!

That's just it, though. Pretty much everyone but Zolack and Bedard was saying that Newton's looked improved and more consistent, and that Mac's not been able to even keep pace, much less gain ground. Now, after just the last two practices, the narrative has shifted. But we're still just one practice away from a bunch of reporters flipping right back to "Cam's the starter!".

Are the reporters just out of practice? Are they just displaying their ignorance about the game? Or are they jumping on things that suit their biases and agendas? I leave that for everyone to determine for themselves.
The fact you cite Zolak at Beetle multiple times in posts doesn't help your credibility....or what little you have.

Quinn Nordin drew a handshake and a smile from Bill Belichick.

I don’t believe that Belichick wants to start Jones this season, but Newton seems to be making it a tough decision for him.

Quinn Nordin once said: "The shortest distance between two points is a straight line in the opposite direction"

Mac had been holding his own and wasn't that far behind Cam. Media kept saying Mac had to win in a landslide or Cam was presumptive starter. Well it looks like the land is starting to slide

Newton was worse than Jones today in the Super slow mo snaps, but newton still looked pretty good.

Nordic was amazing, right down the middle for every kick. Hit one over the net into the stands

The Patriots have scored a touchdown against the Patriots, which is good news for the Patriots and bad news for the Patriots in this not-at-all-confusing Patriots-Patriots scrimmage*. (*Not-competitive walkthrough.)

Undrafted rookie Quinn Nordin was 10 of 10 on his kicks tonight, including 57- and 55-yarders on the final two possessions, and he just drew a handshake and a smile from Bill Belichick.
