Patriots Training Camp Day 7 (be advised)

It's probably been happening. Haven't seen exact stats, but Brady has had a decent amount of incompletions and interceptions. Some of those have probably been on Brady, some of the INTs might have been on good defensive plays, but it's logical to presume that some number of both have been due to communication errors., i.e. receivers not being on the same page with Brady.
Also, different recievers make their cuts differently and come out quicker or slower than others. And recievers just knowing when to be ready for the ball. I'm sure they're all going through a learning curve right now.

More on Brady and the rookie WRs:

Brady sliced through secondary, throwing to Thompkins & Boyce on several times. Boyce makes a nice toe tapping grab in the back on end zone.

Ya I normally stay away from his stuff but had to read how he thought T.Wilson was in the the doghouse. Which it seemed like he was basing his opinion on McCourty and A.Wilson being on the sideline and Gregory and Harmon getting 1st team reps at some point in practice and because T.Wilson was not with that group he must be in the doghouse.

They have what, 6-7 safeties in training camp right now? You can't have 6 guys in practice taken 1st team reps at the same time, because the equates to less overall reps.

Plus it was reported multiple times that he was seen taken 1st team reps.

Just seems to me like Underhill decided to find where T.Wilson was at the point in practice saw he wasn't with the first team and decided he must be in the doghouse.

Really piss poor reporting if you ask me.

Can we get Bedard to give Underhill and Volin some Patriots lessons?

Is it just me but it seems as if we're being tried by biblical plagues this pre-season. I look for guidance here from Patjew.

During trying times like these, I turn to two of the most inspirational aspects of the Old Testament:

1. Wine

2. Polygamy

They've helped me through many difficult ordeals. Although one often leads to the other.

Back to practice info...
Sounds like Vereen tweaked something according to Howe, but doesn't seem major and Bernard has been taking the reps where Cunningham did ( DT and De).

Post of the Year!

(Only Training Camp and this man is in mid-season form.)

Oh come on, that's just preseason Homerism. At least wait until the season is underway before making Pro Bowl type declarations

That has the makings of an excellent political platform.

I am really excited to see Dobson and Boyce in game

I fail to see how wine and polygons are a good mix whatsoever....wait...huh?

This is the man who DEFINES awesomeness. Watch and learn, grasshopper ...

Why do I seem to notice conflicting tweets ? Some say WR's had drops, "gotta step it up". Some says good/great catches . Then they say communication issues. I assume its all of these because its practice and expected to have ups and downs but no one seems to mention all of them together.

in the sports reporting world of twitter - 2 consecutive plays is a trend, 3 is an assessment , 4 is a summary...

Do
Not
Forget
Thompkins

I'm sipping that Thompkins/Collins kool-aid like Jamarcus Russell at a Purple drank party.

It appears that BB doesn't do well when drafting for luxury, but when it turns into necessity -- oh-ho-ho when it turns to necessity -- he hits like a ************.

2010 - TE (Gronk and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named)
2011 - RB (Vereen and Ridley)
2012 - Front 7 (Jones and Hightower)
2013 - WR? Yet to be seen but looking 10x more positive than any WR we drafted in over a decade.
