Would not be surprised if #19 is Tanner McEvoy, 6’5” wide receiver cut by Seattle recently. Some Pat’s writer mentioned his name yesterday, possibly being linked to the Pats. Good special teams player. Interesting guy, recruited to Wisconsin as a QB (threw a 44 yard option pass for the Seahawks 2 years ago), but then played Saftey & WR and some wildcat for the Badgers. I’m hoping it’s him. Swiss Army type player.
