If you are including Ellington and Harris, perhaps Berrios should be included as a possible #5 WR.
I was just making that list out of players who've already established themselves as NFL players. Harris has 3 NFL seasons, so it's fair to think that he's at least competitive for an NFL WR5 position. Ellington and Dorsett have shown that they can at least compete for WR3/WR4 spots. Thomas, Gordon, and Edelman have shown that they are (or at least were) WR1/WR2 level.
