As far as Chism, I’m pretty sure Tom Curran mentioned he got “dinged up” during the Vikings game. Williams probably got a concussion trying to catch another Dobbs hospital ball.

Chism injury? First I hear of it.

me too... but not really surprised... he put it all on the line saturday...

They briefly mentioned it on the broadcast.

After his last reps they showed him getting looked at by a trainer for a few minutes. Lower leg maybe knee area. I don't believe he ever went to the tent or left the sidelines so I didn't think it was much.

A tiny bit more concerned to see him miss practice but not going to worry yet.

Chism with the maladie known as the Patriots Flu, where he'll have a gruelling year of recovery and replace Pop Douglas next year when we dont resign him

missed all that... had to bow out in the second quarter... thanks for the info

The Pats making Anfernee Jennings available for an interview is interesting. Perhaps he has secured his spot.

normally i agree...but i think this being Vrabels first year, they are pushing the player evals as far as they can
And they think there will be realistic trade interest in a Bourne, Jennings, Strange etc.

I don't get the hate for Ben Brown. With all the underwhelming play by almost everyone on the OL, Brown is not one of them. He isn't a top-level C or G - but he is a solid (and experienced w/ Maye) IOL. He moves people, tough, I didn't see any pressures on pass-blocking. With all the talk about not starting a season with rookie LT & LG - he might make more sense than Strange IF they really want to start Bradbury at C for veteran value.
Campbell - Brown - Bradbury - Onwenu - Moses wouldn't be horrible to start wk 1.
If Bradbury gets hurt or is bad - then either bring in Wilson at C, or at LG, and shift Brown back to C.
Moses is more of a problem - hurt all camp, so old... It looks like Bryant will be playing at RT most of the season.

Seeing the backup QBs on other teams this week I think we can upgrade from Dobbs.
Thought it was funny how much the Minnesota announcers clearly didn't like him. No love lost after the injury to Jefferson last year, I guess.
