The good thing about Vrabel is - even if it takes a year to figure out the best coord's and asst. coaches... Vrabel can steer the ship and knows enough 3-phase football to develop consistency. Unlike Mayo, who didn't really know Offense or ST at all. And, ultimately failed in his own unit of (supposed) expertise.
I'd be fine starting with JMD (OC), AVP (QB coach + pass game coord.), Welker (WR coach) - Need a new OL & RB coach.
* I think Josh would really know how to maximize Gibson, Pop, Bell in game plans.
And AVP could keep developing Maye. Welker could bring up Polk, Boutte, and '24 draft pick.
