It's good to have competent coaching and one who isn't overwhelmed by the job but unless the drafting vastly improves and the Krafts starting investing in top of the market talent and contracts with huge guaranteed money it's going to have a ceiling, even if Maye turns into an elite QB no one is going to carry the kind of talent Brady did deep into the playoffs.
