I don't think the NFL has reached that point yet, but it's moving in that direction at a record pace.

NFL won't be around in 20 years as it is now. Head injuries will end the game as we know it. This is the twilight.
 
Their is, no rule that states the football must be maintained between 12.5 and 13.5 psi during game play...so there are no rules broken there.

Disagree. NFL has made it clear they interpret Rule 2, Section 1 as applying during game play.

Presumably, since they now know and even Wells had to acknowledge that weather affects pressure, they will need to modify the rule.
