cause they get excited for players. i personlly love both aspect i know BB is going to go all over the draft that is exciting for me and because of that you know he is getting the players he wants at teh value he wants

1. Maroney is the starting runningback.

2. Who the hell is playing LDE?

Perhaps the FO has a different evaluation of Maroney than you and many on this forum.

His hands are supposedly one of the best things about his game besides his route running..

I watched him at the Senior Bowl practices, he got worse as the week went on and disappeared in the game. He's fast.

He had a 6.82 3-cone.. That's better than many of the top guys..

It's not the 6.69 of Blair White or the 6.45 of Scott Long, but 6.82 is still very good.

Ty Warren plays LDE. I believe you mean RDE.. And considering that Arther Jones and Al Woods are still on the board, there are players available.

Also, there are players in the league available..

After what, four seasons, I don't think you need to be in the Pats front office to evaluate Maroney. He's played plenty. Maroney is what he is at this point. A decent, generally servicable RB who has not lived up to what we all had hoped he would be. That's pretty hard to argue at this point.

Yeah, the Pats traded the 25th pick in the 3rd round for what could be the first pick in the second round next year. Well, it is doubtful that the Panthers will be the worst team in the NFL, but they could realistically net the Pats a top 10 pick in the second round next year.

Yeah, Kiper loves him too! Pro Football Weekly said he has elite speed, great hands and can block. They said he was subject to poor QB play, but I kinda think that won't be an issue anymore.
