Patriots Player Departure Patriots Cuts

Hmm I liked Harris especially with Rivers on IR and Calhoun health questions.

I agree, but in a few weeks we always seem to find at least a similar level talent.

I thought anyone claimed off waivers had to end up in the 53, not another PS.
Waiver round ended at noon...picks can go to practice squad if they have eligibility, or to 53 if there is room.

That's 2/3 edge guys on the practice squad already (Terez Hall was playing a lot of DE/OLB against the Giants, but I've also seen Christian Sam in that role so maybe it's just something off ball linebackers do in this system).

Something that has been mentioned before, as a possibility in the event of Hoyer getting cut:

A team very interested in QB Brian Hoyer right now ....the Indianapolis Colts per source

What's up with DT, I thought the Pats had at least ONE IR slot to fill, yet I read reports of a full 53 on the practice field

53 in attendance at practice does not suggest imminent IR move. Possible of course, but smells curious.

I'm curious, what does curious smell like? If it's like a dead cat then I understand.
