No I am not against claiming . The discarded folks from other teams are much better than our starters. And it's not 1 or 2. There have been 4-5 I believe since the off-season.

The number of waiver claims that we put is a direct indictment on front office and coaching .

We signed the 54th best player from a top team. Surely, this improves our roster.

We will continue to be one of the first teams at near the waiver wire for the rest of the year. I suspect that this will mean 3-8 players who will be in 2025 camp competing for roster spots. Many will be signed and cut after 3 weeks.

Obvious examples of players with potential so far are Jacobs and Brown.

Yeah I might've first looked to ****-can one of either Eric Johnson (a complete WASTE of a Cut-Down Day claim) or Lil' Jerry Pharma; but I guess the FO thought it could spare one of the LBs instead. I mean, McMillan's wife sucked too (injuries have made him incapable - or unwilling - to explode into tackles inside the box), so no big deal either way. Still disappointed that the Clowns upstairs haven't tried to replace Johnson or Phriends U with a legit wide-body 0/1-Tech to try to help our running "issues" on defense.
