Packers @ Cowboys Playoff Thread

He played his entire career in the new NFL, where passer ratings are all higher. But yes you are right he does have the highest ever.
Brady is at #3 and Russell Wilson is #2.
I don't buy the hasn't had the team around him to go all the way. If Rodgers was so much better than any other QB that ever played, he would have more than one ring.

Oh, I don't think "he is so much better", ain't nobody much better than Brady, for example, if anybody is better, and that's a huge if. I just think it's an argument if we are talking about ability. Rodgers has little chance to ever surpass or even get really close to Brady's accolades. About the team strength, I think it's not really an argument that Rodgers had a consistently good team around him, he didn't. In some years they were really good, in other years they had huge holes in some aspects of the game.

Good hustle by Dez

What record?

Most TD passes without an Interception. Think Brady was at 26 and Rodgers had gotten to maybe 25 when he threw that interception

Wow, just like Andrews is the weak link in our offensive line, Free is the weak link in their line.
But wait ! Have you heard they have the best OL in football ?

run the football you idiots. no need to throw at all.

Dez Byrant annoys me...but he's long overdue for a game like this

Please can we have a good game for once this playoffs

Cowboys score here and things will be interesting.

Crazy, only 4 & 1/4 games left in the season...

At this point I don't think it matters who the Patriots might play in the Super Bowl, all three NFC teams remaining are really tough and it will take a great game by the Patriots to win.

Aaron's balls at the end of this game:

Please can we have a good game for once this playoffs
The refs have ruined it with ridiculous calls. This game would be really tight if not for the BS unsportsmanlike call.

He's not close to Brady. He's better than Manning by far though.

Sure, if your only criteria are Super Bowl appearances and wins, he is not. I think that's short sighted though. You cannot ignore team situations, coaches, supporting casts. Well, I guess you can.

Brady took a team with Reche Caldwell as the number one wide receiver to the AFC Championship game.
I will give people on the other side of the debate that Brady has always had BB, but Rodgers has often had more talented teams than Brady and only one ring.
The Packers went 15-1 a few years ago and no title. And in 2014 they went 12-4. People make it sound like Rodgers is putting up numbers on teams like Archie Manning did. The Packers have had several contending teams and for whatever reason Rodgers only has one title.
