I just posted a data set showing only 30% of 1st round picks ever play in a Pro Bowl... Therefore, 70% do not... Not hard to imagine the percentage is worse for #31 instead of #1-#10...
Let's check that... the last 20 years of #31:
2022 DB Daxton Hill. Michigan – Cincinnati (Active – 1 season)
2021 DE Odafe Oweh, Penn St – Baltimore (Active – 2 seasons – no Pro Bowls)
2020 CB Jeff Gladney, TCU – Minnesota (1 year career – no Pro Bowls - deceased)
2019 T Kaleb McGary, Washington – Atlanta (Active – 4 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2018 RB Sony Michel, Georgia - New England (Active – 5 year career – no Pro Bowls) – 2 Super Bowl wins
2017 LB Reuben Foster, Alabama - San Francisco (2 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2016 G Germain Ifedi, Texas A&M – Seattle (Active – 7 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2015 LB Stephone Anthony, Clemson - New Orleans (5 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2014 DB Bradley Roby, Ohio St. - Denver (Active – 9 year career – no Pro Bowls) – 1 Super Bowl win
2013 C Travis Frederick, Wisconsin – Dallas (6 year career – 5 Pro Bowls)
2012 RB Doug Martin, Boise State - Tampa Bay (7 year career – 2 Pro Bowls)
2011 DE Cameron Heyward, Ohio State – Pittsburgh (active – 12 year career – 5 Pro Bowls)
2010 DE Jerry Hughes, TCU – Indianapolis (Active – 13 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2009 RB Beanie Wells, Ohio State – Arizona (4 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2008 DB Kenny Philips, Miami – Giants (6 year career – no pro Bowls) – 1 Super Bowl win
2007 TE Greg Olsen, Miami – Chicago (14 year career – 4 Pro Bowls)
2006 DB Kelly Jennings, Miami – Seattle (6 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2005 DT Mike Patterson, USC – Philadelphia (10 year career – no Pro Bowls)
2004 WR Rashaun Woods, Oklahoma St – San Francisco (1 season – no Pro Bowls)
2003 DB Nnamdi Asomugha, California – Oakland (3 Pro Bowls)
20 players. 5 have been Pro Bowlers. This 25% number is a bit below the 30% overall for all first rounders. You appear to be right.
Note the Super Bowl numbers. Only 3 of them won a Super Bowl. And only Sony Michel won 2. It's also interesting to note that all 3 Super Bowl winners have never been selected to the Pro Bowl.
