Based on screenshots people are sharing, it looks like (someone correct this if you see other facts) the girl proactively texted him (he did not initiate), she literally texted to him she had r-pe fantasies, he replied they don't have to do anything she doesn't want, she went to his house, and I see multiple screenshots being posted on social media now of her texting afterwords texting him that she misses his d-ck.

The text chain he shows in the first video at the 7:10 mark sure does not look like the response of a woman who had been raped.

Truthfully, one of the things that's always driven me nuts is Barstool came to where it is largely due to the college girl photo section they had/have. That's essentially how they built their following - exploiting young girls - and how things started way back when. He's been around as long as I have and for him to reach this point, especially at his age (he's two years younger than me) and prey on girls that young, I just don't get it and certainly don't agree with it.

Not for nothing...and not defending him. But many industries made many millionaires exploiting young women. Its world wide pastime. My point here is not to defend him as stated above nor is it to bash the true victims of these industries/rich and famous. My point is this is a complicated topic, that has truly innocent/naive victims that were assaulted by men in powerful positions. And then there are the calculating gold digging "victims" that knew exactly what they were doing and were perfectly ok with it, who later come out to align with and pose as a victim. And those women are just as bad as the scumbag men involved in these scenarios. The problem is its nearly impossible to differentiate the two types of women.

My advice to my son when he left to go off to college in 2016: "If/When you find yourself in a position where you're going to have sex. Pull out your phone and start your voice recorder and ask here to state her name, date and that she is entering into a consensual sexual encounter." I know its a mood killer, but if she is really into you she will agree. If she walks out so be it, jerking off is better than a sexual assault accusation. And if you have sex and then she regrets it or gets shamed etc.. and it suddenly becomes an accusation...again jerking off is better than sitting in jail falsely accused. Sadly the world is crazy and there are plenty of examples where woman falsely accuse men and do it with zero regard to how that stays with that guy the rest of his life. So again, don't be a scumbag predator and don't be the victim of a false accusation. Protect yourself in a world gone mad!

With that said if Portnoy did what he is accused of...then time for the big house. If she is making it up then at some point these women need to be held accountable and face charges.

Kink and consent are two independent ideas.

One can be into kinks without consenting to sex, and one can consent to sex without consenting to particular kinks.

It's not some massive melting pot of grey area like you make it out to be; consent should always be clearly established and if someone indicates "stop", or anything near "stop", the sex should end and communication should happen, regardless of what the sex itself entailed.

“Kink” was the video with Portnoy before, with that dog leash, and no one here really criticized the two consenting adults since that’s their thing. Some criticized the public image of it, with him being a high profile face of a company, but no one said it was illegal and few said it was immoral.

The legit concern is that this woman’s experience, in what she claims, was not really consensual. And no, claiming you have a role playing rape fantasy isn’t at all like actually being raped.

The main thing you’re missing here is Portnoy assumes his own risk of misreading consent, taking things too far, etc. He’s a 44 year old man. He knows that meeting random star struck groupies and treating them like garbage may result in these situations.

It’s cringe that you you’re adamantly defending this guy and an accusation of sexual assault, basically saying with certainty that everyone is overreacting when we don’t really know. Maybe he’s guilty..maybe not…maybe his truth is different from her truth.
