OT: Pats-friendly spot in Philadelphia?

Went to Murphy’s for one of wife’s work events. Wasn’t crazy about the food. It had sat for a while on steam tables, so maybe this wasn’t a fair test.

Don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade but just curious if folks have been to the other Patriots bars? Dirty Water keeps coming up

I don’t go for the food. Usually have the Irish Country Breakfast for brunch, so the sunny side eggs are fresh and the bacon and sausage don’t suffer from hold time. Having low expectations helps, lol. The beer is freshly poured and that’s what matters to me!

I’d give Dirty Water a try but Murphy’s is so much more convenient coming in from far western ‘burbs.

Yes Murphy's in Alexandria is the place that my daughter, her husband, and another couple from this area go to. You have to get there a minimum 1 hour before game time to get in.

I think they open the upstairs an hour before game time. There’s often a line out to the street. I’ve once gotten in early but that was good fortune getting there before there was a line,never before they locked the upstairs door. It didn’t work a week later.
