This is what has to make Brady ecstatic. An org that is all in on protecting him and creating space to make a run at another chip.

Based on last year, he was our best DL. He is pretty versatile too. I definitely want him back. He was also not injury prone like the FAs we signed.
The line is better with him no question. Just gotta be careful with committing to too much $ to older players.

Upgrade at corner. Plus depth.
DL getting old at tackle. Draft DT.
Draft a 3rd down RB who excels at pass catching.
I want to see them sign a FA corner. They are really young at that spot but maybe they feel good about who they have.

All is proceeding as I have foreseen.

Suh at that price is a steal he’s not prime Suh but he’s still a beast they’ll be no rush offense vs that line

They must have a lot of confidence that Donovan Smith is going to improve because he was a turnstile at points last year. Not pretty.

James White chooses Belichick over Brady
He didn’t choose anyone over anyone. The Bucs never offered him a contract.

Happy he’s back in NE. Once the Pats get a QB they might have a chance to reach the playoffs.

As for the champs they are stacked and ready to make a serious run at a repeat.

Yeah, I would have preferred they try to upgrade that spot - he was pretty bad early in the season. He got better late, but it still looked like they were giving him help pretty frequently.

Still, it does free up over $10 million of cap space for this year, and it's unlikely that they could find a better LT than him for 2021.

Bucs never offered him a contract. He also signed a one year deal with the Pats. Probably hoping to hit it big next off-season.
Surprised the Bucs didn't want him. Probably means they're bringing back Fournette, but even so would still be room on the roster for White. Fournette is okay at catching the ball, but it just looks awkward when he does it

I think once they changed up the offense to what Tom likes, the OL performed better. They're bound to be even better this season given familiarity, improved communication, etc. OL needs depth from draft.

Looks like from ABs Instagram post, both he and Fournette will be back with the Bucs.

As much as I like Fournette, I'm curious how White would do in a reunion with Brady.

Is it a given that White is leaving the Patriots? Is it because Pat's don't want to pay him or because White wants to leave(maybe for a chance to have better stats with a better QB)?
