Bucs are mainly 7-4 because of the defense. The only win the Bucs have when they've given up more than 23 points is against the Chargers

Very telling stat for Brady and that offense
Your posts are telling me more about you than Brady.

So then use attempts ÷ bad throws

Brady- 5.2
Newton 11.2

So Brady has had a bad throw every 5.2 attempts and Newton has a bad throw every 11.2 attempts
I wonder how they even know what a "bad throw" is. A throw could be perfect, bounce off a receiver and get picked. Or a throw could be a complete miss but caught by another receiver.

On pace for his most INTs thrown in a season since 2009
The truly amazing part is that in 2009 Brady was 33 years old with 3 SB rings on his fingers and 3 more rings coming.

Wow! Another amazing stat! I wonder why Tampa didn't pick up Cam instead of Tom when they had the chance? I bet they're kicking themselves about that dumbass move now.

I don't either. 2020 has been the break in year for Brady and Arians especially with Covid and the no off-season. 2021 is when they make their push for the Lombardi.

why do the goalposts keep moving for the Bucs? Brady will be another year older as well as Gronk. brown will likely be gone....its superbowl or bust ever year. And this is one of the most talented rosters in the NFL. And they still will have that dumb coach.

no guarantees the bucs next year will be better.

We've gone from "this is the best roster brady has ever had! superbowl bound!" to "well this year was supposed to be a breakin year anyway so if they lose in the wild card that was expected next year is a super bowl year!"

Bucs could light it up next year with a more stable offseason and make a SB run... or Brady could meet The Cliff (TM), he is benched and he reaches the end of his career after that. Both outcomes are equally as likely.

Next year is next year. It’s hard to predict at the beginning of the season, let alone 8 months from TC.

And obviously we shouldn't assume that only Brady and the Bucs will get better and other teams won't.

Yeah but this is the Bucs. If you look at their fan sites, it was always playoff or bust. It was people outside of Tampa and some Tompa/NE fans who were saying SB or bust. So they are still on track.

Or the WR runs the wrong route and the QB throws a dime to where it was *supposed* to go, but the receiver screwed up and it makes it look like the pass was off by 10 yards.

Not sure they are moving but being adjusted based on the season. On paper when the Bucs signed Brady, it looked pretty impressive but then Covid and no off-season. Most understood there would be an adjustment under Arians but the marriage of the two is still being tweaked. It is evident that the pieces are there and at times they have looked like the best team in football but winning and winning consistently are two different things and Tampa has been used to losing for so long that there is an adjustment to learning how to win. That being said, the Bucs are on track for an 11 win season maybe 12 if they can upset the Chiefs. So it has been a pretty good year especially for Brady stats-wise but there is still more to go to rise to the best team in football. They may get there next year but you are also right that Brady will be a year older, Gronk could retire again and they also have to re-sign Godwin and some others as well. So, we will have to re-evaluate again next off-season.

In other words you were full of poop and over exaggerated how good a 43 year old Brady is, and now are backpedaling just as fast as your little legs will take you.

At no point this season were the Bucs the best team in football...

They were considered that after they blew out GB and Oakland in back-to-back weeks.
They were a consensus top 3 team in the power rankings at the time but I don't think anyone said they were a better team than the Chiefs.

Chiefs unfortunately look like the team to beat and are in great shape to repeat assuming there is a Super Bowl this year. Pitt is right there but I wonder how much of a product they are of their very soft schedule.
