Although his suspension "officially" ends after week 8, he is already with the team and can participate in team meetings and workouts. He can start practicing with the team after the MNF game.He is still suspended. He can only return against the saints on week 9 at the quickest.

I don't think he's eligible until week 9, right?AB to debut
I agree but I have to admit I find King's take delicious on so many levels. So it was Brady that left Bill - "I saw it in his eyes after the Tenn loss. He was dispirited." I mean so silly but the piling on Bill is non-stop right now. I guess King wanted in on the action.I have to say that all these reporters like Peter King piling on to the Patriots are ridiculous. Brady didn't leave here because he thought the situation was hopeless.
He left because he had invested himself in the franchise so much and was not rewarded with what he wanted most: a deal that would assure he would keep playing as long as he wanted. It's that simple.
Peter King is late to the game. We know there was big disappointment for Brady after the contract negotiation in 2018. He put up his house for sale, for heaven's sake, a house he intended to live in for the rest of his life. He was leaving precisely because he didn't want to be jettisoned at the age of 44 after a bad season. It wasn't because of a lack of weapons. It was because of a lack of trust.
Well then your arm chair is wrong. Brady wanted a commitment with a multi year contract and when he kept getting told no, he created a way out. So it’s really like your wife just had your 3 kids and she wanted to create a joint bank account and add hers to yours and move all her old stuff at her parents into the house and you said “hey listen babe let’s just keep it easy in case something happens”. So she said okay and asked if she could go out late with the girls more and you thought “sure not like she will find any better”. Then she found a less successful guy who was promising a commitment that was ironclad and she said “hey honey, I think I’m going to roll with this guy, good thing we kept things easy so this separation wouldn’t be complicated lol”I never said chit. If I said anything, I said we'd be together forever. From my armchair, he was the one that didn't want to be here. Him and that goddam Gronk. So, yes, I definitely said if you don't want to be here, get out, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Doesn't change the fact that I am sitting here with a guy more worried about his stupid hats than winning football games.
King's a hack and piling on BB is hot garbage. Whoever said the shark's are out is right. They've been waiting a long time for this.

According to one of the nerd sites, it was in the air for 55.5 yards. One of his all time great throws. That TD throw to Miller was about 45-50 yards in the air and, as the announcer said at the time, it was like he dropped the ball into a 5 gallon bucket. Millers catch radius isn't so big, the DB was right there, and it was a window about a foot wide and a foot deep. Once of his best deep throws in years
Then why wasn't he smart enough not to allow his GM/HC to dump the QB who just brought both of them a 20-year period of sustained excellence? All of which will mean nothing. Kraft is too smart to be looking to dump a coach who just brought him a 20 year period of sustained excellence.
Yes, agreed. The pretzels that some people are twisting themselves into to disparage the greatest player to ever play in New England is just insane and disappointing.
I haven't seen much disparaging of Bill. I think people have rightly called out his horrific drafting as of late but aside from that he seems to be getting a pass compared to Brady.Yes, agreed.
Equally as insane and disappointing are the pretzels some people are twisting themselves into to disparage the greatest coach to ever coach in New England.
I agree. There's been faaar more Brady bashing going on, if for no other reason than the fact that BB is the one who is still here. It's stupid either way.I haven't seen much disparaging of Bill. I think people have rightly called out his horrific drafting as of late but aside from that he seems to be getting a pass compared to Brady.
Peyton Manning takes shots at Tom Brady over pass to Gronk, fourth down confusion
Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady threw a pass to tight end Rob Gronkowski that appeared to find Gronk between three Green Bay defenders and drew praise as a great pass on the game broadcast.profootballtalk.nbcsports.com
I don’t see any “shots”. Florio with the clickbait headline and embellished take here as usual.
Fivehead does sound a bit jealous I think. Lol
Totally disagree, the scales are basically balanced, people see what they want to here.I haven't seen much disparaging of Bill. I think people have rightly called out his horrific drafting as of late but aside from that he seems to be getting a pass compared to Brady.
Everyone sees what's around them. If you spend a large proportion of your time in this TB thread relative to other threads on the site, you're going to see more discussion about Brady than BB. I can assure you BB is getting disparaged and irrational bashed by multiple folks across this forum.I agree. There's been faaar more Brady bashing going on, if for no other reason than the fact that BB is the one who is still here. It's stupid either way.
