Why not it’s a smart move.
Roseman reminds me of like your friends being a GM.
Makes the moves that make sense, no off the cusp moves and everyone calls him a genius but he I feel like I wouldn’t operate similarly as a GM.

Like drafting multiple players from the same school on a dominant Defense makes sense getting guys from the same school so they can acclimate quicker is a even well that makes sense kind of move.

Yet touted as a genius.

It's "amazing" how many of the folks that tell you how they know this guy or that guy was wrong or right for the Pats to draft never let us know before the draft happens. It's one of the benefits of seeing who participates in the draft forum here. Say what you want about @captain stone, he tells you what his impressions are during the college season and in the leadup to the draft, so when the eruption happens you understand why he reacts the way he does, something i respect a lot even when I disagree with his takes.

Absolutely, completely agree. Cap puts his stones on the table when he talks. Accuse him of whatever else you want but not of being a revisionist.
