OT: Joint practices around the league

I don't know why I only hear about Patriots joint practices in the news but I've seen little snippets of other teams doing the same. Does anyone know which teams have done joint practices this pre season or that are scheduled to do so?

I'm aware of:

Patriots-Redskins
Patriots-Eagles
49ers-Ravens(After they played their pre season game)
Falcons-Titans
Falcons-Texans
Texans-Broncos
Bills-Steelers
Cowboys-Raiders

I'm surprised no one on NFL.com have put together a comprehensive list. I'd also be curious to know which other teams have done joint practices together since the new collective bargaining agreement.
