Eric Decker could join the exodus of Jets veterans

Added bonus for us... the biggest most incompetent rats in Florham Park are in either management... or ownership. And they're staying.

Decker would be a nice addition but I'd guess his wife's career probably would make them inclined to stay in NY or go to one of the LA teams.

and of course keeping all their stellar Q/B's (lol)

Nashville?

Funny, during the preseason last year, the Jets fans and media were speculating if they could win the AFC East with Brady missing four games. Six months later, they are coming off a losing season and in complete rebuild mode.

Tank mode.

Even with a middle of pack roster they would have no shot this year, Patriots and Dolphins are way ahead of them and I don't even know what's going to be their schedule.

They are on to 2018 so it's mediocrity confirmed until 2020 at least.

Nashville?

I forgot the Titans were right in Nashville. That might make sense for them too.

I know they left Denver to be in the big city and for her career...

Decker definitely intrigues me. He looks like a good fit for this offense, especially if Floyd isn't retained.

Probably last gasp at keeping HC & GM jobs....

I'd like to bring in Mangold as our Center of all the free agent Jets....

Honestly, probably the smartest offseason they've had in a long time. They're going to be pitiful anyways, might as well save money.

I could see them start from the ground up, trying to mimic the patriots... Signing mid level free agents, handing a(n inferior) coach the reigns of the entire organization, and then inevitably tanking anyways.

Well mike we blow.

I know Todd. We are both going to get fired.

What are we going to do?

Save our asses of course!! We are going to cut every player with name recognition and everyone will think we lose because we are rebuilding. It will be 2-3 more years before they figure out we have no clue.

Mangold - Sure
Revis - Maybe
Marshall - Depends
Decker - No freakin' way

Funny, I've been thinking "maybe" with revis too, even though I feel like it should probably be a "hell no!"

In the end, I don't see him wanting to put in the effort it takes to play for the pats.

Agreed. All I can remember is Decker dropping the ball when he really needed to make a play. Perfect Jet.
