OT - Goats reunite?

As long as Brady paid fair market value for his stake, I do not see the problem

I do agree that Kraft probably dod not want to sell or share limelight or decision making.
He did not.

I obviously am not Bill, so I don't know what he's thinking or what he might ultimately do regarding who he'll coach for next season. That being said, there is Historical Precedence in that Bill was officially named HC of the Jets, then quit that HC gig and became the HC of the Patriots. So, it's not out of the question that he bolts UNC and takes the HC job with LV or whatever other team.

especially since he likely has a successor clause for Steve. Since he "plays chess while everyone else is playing checkers" - it is not inconceivable that he was planning several moves ahead and set this up for Steve to take over out of the gate...

Why didn’t the Krafts offer Tom Brady an ownership stake.

Either a. They did and he wanted no part.
B. They didn’t.

I’m leaning on B. Then again if I’m not mistaken his place is in the Tampa area and to be honest, where would you rather travel to? LV or Foxboro? I know where I would go…

Must be a new GM coming in. I wonder who that could be?

BB would love to win one without Brady. But if he does it with the Raiders, there is Brady behind it haha.

I'm pretty sure (like %99) that he's staying with UNC.
Me too, he wouldn’t take a bad pro job… the Raiders are a bad job. They’re a total rebuild.

If a job like the Chargers opened up, has a franchise QB, has the ability to clean up bad contracts and their cap. Most importantly an owner that is willing to sign the checks and shut up.

Many of these owners have to eat a large slice of humble pie before they learn their standard business model doesn’t equate to NFL success. They need to hire an expert to run their business. There aren’t many of any of these jobs available every offseason… some years like last year there are none.

Bill could have had "hypothetical" discussions with 31 NFL teams this season. He knew he had no chance of getting a HC job in the NFL.

Bill ain't going anywhere.
It depends. If his agreement with UNC explicitly included him saying it is subject to whether the right NFL job comes along then he may leave. But if he did not stipulate that clearly, he won’t leave.
