OT: Duerson’s Brain Trauma Diagnosed

BOSTON — The suicide of the former Chicago Bears star Dave Duerson became more alarming Monday, when Boston University researchers announced that his brain had developed the same trauma-induced disease recently found in more than 20 deceased players.

Dave Duerson played on the 1990 Giants Championship team (Which won the SB in calendar year 1991), which BB was the defensive coordinator for.

I think this is interesting because it has implications for the NFL as a whole as well as having a connection to the current Patriots staff.
