I’m a Bama fan, but I think Georgia is gonna win. Just too many weapons. That being said, the Pats need to draft at least 2 Bama players every draft. You just know you’re gonna get most likely a good football player 80% of the time, maybe even a star. You will wind up with a bust every once in a while. But it’s rare.


As far as Georgia, I really like the RB James Cook (Dalvin Cook’s brother). I think he’d be a perfect replacement for James White. Just a fantastic receiver out of the backfield, you can even spread him out wide. Hasn’t had a spectacular career at Georgia, but you can see he can be a special weapon. Then I absolutely love DT Jordan Davis, what a monster he’d be in the middle of our line with Barmore.

It will definitely be a closer than the SECCG, but I think Bama wins mostly due to Young. I don’t think Bennet can beat us, this will be his 3rd shot so many 3s the charm.
My concern about Davis is that he is not a 3 down player, not even close, I think his stat was 22% of snaps before SECCG. He is a monster, but when we ran hurry up and didn’t substitute, he was useless, completely out of gas.
He reminds me of Mt. Cody, an incredible force but had issues sustaining due to size.
I agree with Cook being an incredible back. I am sure he will have an extremely successful NFL career.
1 key for Bama will be Brian Robertson being healthy this game. He ran for about 60 yards against GA basically on 1 leg In SECCG and he had over 200 yards last night.

Im at a bit of a loss for words.

On one hand I expected ND to win 8 or 9 games this year max. They lost more starters than anyone in the power 5 except northwestern. This is extremely hard to overcome when you have 1 5 star and not 10+ like Alabama and georgia On one hand I was just really happy to be in the fiesta bowl.
But I wanted the team to win that one bad. And blowing that lead is really really frusturating. On the bright side the 2023 class already has a 5 star and picked up another top guy this morning. And is currently the number one class.

Notre dame is almost there. Need to start finding elite quarterbacks.

buchner was a top 100 guy but has a horrible throwing motion and looked terribly innacurate at times this year, although the offense did move better at times with him. Dynamic runner. We’ll see.

I did not think OK State would beat Notre Dame but they came back pretty well. A decent season for them after eventually beating Oklahoma. (Only to be beaten in the end by Baylor !)
