Crazy how just a couple of clutch plays is all the difference between being 3-0 looking at a sweep, and a 2-1 series deficit.

Holiday is such an upgrade over Smart.
Addition by subtraction. Calm and under control.


Smart would have figured out a way to make a key turnover down the stretch.
They were never going to make it to the next level with him playing hero ball.
I was thrilled when they got rid of him.
He's a shooting guard masquerading as a point guard.

I was having emotionally confusing flashbacks where Holiday stole it from Smart twice in like 6 seconds to steal the road win in '22 which drew my anger thinking about it, but I was calmed down now that it's Holiday on our team making incredible plays at the end of a playoff game.

As Tatum said, no lead is ever safe in the NBA anymore. Truly feels that way, particularly against the remaining playoff teams.

Great comeback. That Holiday steal was clutch. And Tatum’s behind the back bounce pass from underneath to Horford in the corner for the three was absolutely stellar. Watching the after game interviews it seemed to me Rick Carlisle was on the verge of tears. After this win I would not be surprised by a sweep.

I could still see either series being stretched to 5 games, for sure. Pacers have been tough and likely will be again. Wolves are playing tight, maybe they will benefit from a “nothing to lose” mentality for game four.

the wolves have played Dallas very tough in those 3 losses. but they looked very young in this round. AntI'Edward maybe the face of the league at SOME point, not yet.

I would feel better if KP got about 10-15 minutes in game 4 to shake at least some of the rust off

I was at the Garden when we last saw Kyrie in the playoffs, and swept him and Durant in 4.

if we get an 85% KP I don't think the series goes 7 games. The C's are better than Minnesota, deeper, and better coached than the Wolves

They were hating on Brown and Tatum and constantly overrating guy like Bradley Beal and Damian Lillard who haven't done anything
