OT: best place to eat at Patriots place?

Red Wing seafood much better than Skipjacks? You must be a smoker and your taste buds must be dead. That's the equivalent of saying Geno Smith is a better QB than TB12.

Been to both......Red Wing is better for less money

I remember Moe's when they only had 1 place in downtown Portsmouth where I grew up. Love Moe's, but man those onions stay with you. Not the best if your planning on some smootchie time with the Mrs.

CBS Scene is really good, but alas a bit pricey. Sat a couple tables awat from Kraft once. Ex tried to egg me on to go over and get an autograph. One look at his bodyguards and I was like yeahhhh.....I don't think so.

We ended up at Tavolino, it was good and reasonable, I would definitely go back. I was looking for red wings along the way and didn't see it. We came in from 495, is it past Gillette from that direction?

Btw, went to the hall in 2009 and again today. I have to say I was a little disappointed, not much has changed. The video they show in the theater was the same exact one from 6 years ago, it doesn't reference anything post 2004.

No, it's the other way from the stadium. You'd have had to take #9, if you were going down 95, and veer off on rt 1 and it's on your right hand side going towards the stadium, very nondescript red building.

Not likely you'd have made it there anyway without offending your wife. Food's good but the place feels cheap.

Go to Red Wing Diner it's better than anything at Patriot Place. Its like a mile away on rte 1.

the redwing is awful. i spent over 30 dollars on a scallop plate and got 4 freaking scallops and a mountain of onion rings. don't go there.

Completely agree. Don't give BendoverBob a penny more than you absolutely have to give him.

If you're tailgating, then eat in the parking lot before & after the game; if you're not, then eat
somewhere else just before you enter the lot.

Has the feel of any old diner but the food is amazing. Great fried sea food much better than Skip Jacks and I like them too. They also have a decent Bar Pizza its not lynnwoods or the Spa but still my favorite pizza in Foxboro.

I suggest the Fried Clams.

I'd start with the Dolphin Kabob appetizer.
