Opening the season with which Jersey?

Just a fluff thread to kill more time. I typically wear a Jersey every game day whether at a the game, at the sports bar or in my recliner. I am still debating on which jersey to start us off on the right track. I am leaning towards my red throwback John Hanna jersey as I just feel like it has all the luck. Its is either Hanna or my favorite Bruschi jersey that I wore when I got to meet Teddy. What will you guys be sporting for week 1? Sidenote...I have an away Curtis Martin jersey that my son swears is cursed because if I wear it we lose, no joking. I found it in a thrift store years ago and bought it for like $10. I was giddy as it was mint.....little did I know it was cursed

It is time for another jersey but I am not sure who I should snag next (sorry I cant do Brady or Gronk...its just too played out right now). In the running is Law, Seymour, Edelman, Slater. Or do I go new school and consider Maye, Henderson or the CHISM?

Oh...The wife has a Mac Jones jersey that I would consider sending to a fan in need if they pay for shipping

I only wear my jerseys when attending a game live.
I use to wear one of my many on game days at home, but had a horrible losing streak when wearing so won't wear them at home on game days out of superstition.

I hear ya. Game day at home is tough these days. I would always go out before the game and grab some beers and snacks sporting my gear. I would hear the "I hate your team, wish they would stop winning" or the "Brady isnt really that good, its the system". Sadly, now I hear "Wow you guys suck, bet you wish you still had Brady" or the "You guys will never see another super bowl, you used up all your luck". My general reply is always we have six championships......how many does your team have?

Cheering for the Pats over the last 25 years is literally winning the sports fandom lottery. We had a legitimate shot to win the SB every year Brady was here, outside of the 2008 season when he was hurt.
Now we are on the other side, and although it's not ideal, I do enjoy the excitement of building a new team.
Outside of SBs with Brady, it got the point where I took no joy in any win. Every year was SB or bust, so every game I expected a win, and took no joy in them, whereas every loss was a kick to the nuts, so the losses hurt more than the wins brought joy.

Gotta wear the 20 year old unwashed Brady jersey hidden away for special occasions (and the wife or anyone with a sense of smell). The red Hanna jersey sounds good tho. Question….have all the Mac jones jerseys been burned yet? >=D

I never fell victim to purchasing a Mac jersey.
My worst jersey purchase........Maroney, oh my!

I need to buy a jersey. Just can never decide who’s to buy and then by the time I decide they’ve been traded or something lol. Only pats gear I own is a red Brady T that’s a size too small (still wear it proudly). Fan for 40+ years and no jersey…so ashamed…

Signed Troy Brown for playoffs - the old beer stains on that one have faded now...

With FA it's tough. Obv if your QB turns into a franchise guy, he should stick around for a long time so Maye would be the obv choice.

Almost safer to go with an old player (Hannah, Tippett...etc) than a current player who may be gone in a year or two.

She was the only one that had his jersey. I'm not a fan of QB jerseys or whinny little B%$@!ES

I'm going to the game, but my Bruschi jersey is in the UK, so it's Malcolm Mitchell or Steve Grogan. I think Mitchell has it.
