Nate Solder and Marcus Cannon combined for 0 sacks allowed, 0 hits allowed and 0 hurries allowed today.

Round of applause for both.

No kidding. Wanting a cupcake in the Div Round does not mean you are afraid of other teams. I don't understand the attempt at some type of bravado by dismissing this.

Rooting for KC and Denver today gives us the winner of Oak/Hou. THAT is as close to a 2nd round bye as you can get.

I want that 5th ring for the middle finger. There will not be more diamonds on the ring because the playoff path is harder.
Its crazy.

Look, I'm not afraid of any team in the AFC and neither should the Patriots be.

But of course you would rather face that group of no mark QBs than Rothlisberger and Smith.
if we have to worry about losing to the chiefs then this isn't a championship caliber team.
Aside from Pittsburgh (and barely) it doesn't matter who comes to foxboro.

As it stand, the game between the Texans and Raiders will be dumpster fire.

And a preview of our 1st playoff opponent!

The way Floyd played today: hard-nosed with an incredible effort is just the type of player that New England fans love. Not only did he carry a bunch of Dolphins in for the score and made that crushing block on the Edelman touchdown but he also made a huge block sealing the edge on a running play late in the game. I'm sure there were more, but it was an incredible effort.

LeGarrette Blount has also become a favorite with many NE fans as well; he has elevated his play to a new level and has come across as a great teammate as well. If you haven't watched the clip where he was mic'd up against the Jets, give it a watch.

Hogan also plays hard and always seems to give his all as does Chris Long. Hogan and Mitchell are both sure-handed and fight for the ball.

Flowers seems to take his game to a new level each week.

Thuney hasn't missed a game and if I'm correct BB said he hadn't even missed a practice all year.

Cannon has come on and played at a high level--I have to admit I was never a fan and didn't see that coming; I'm glad I was wrong.

This team is playing hard at an elite level, and I hope they can take it all the way.

I am always , for the wild card weekend, interested in the teams who are the potential opponents for the Pats. It is watching the NFC wild cards that make me either drift off in nap-land or turn to see **** Van Dyke replays. Great game today. Floyd played a very strong and determined game. Hoping for more in 2 weeks. Count Floyd of the Pats!

It's not worry. Jeezus.

I get it. The Patriots are infallible and shall not lose to anyone.

Fact: KC has a much better chance of winning in Foxboro than Oakland or Houston. Why not root for the sure thing? You're acting as if we're quaking with fear if it doesn't go that way.

I give KC maybe a 10 -20% chance in Foxboro.

The Oak/Hou dumpster fires have about 1% chance. Rooting for that outcome does not make one a scaredy pants. It certainly makes one logical and intelligent though.

It would be so much more fun if they were bad teams with good QB's, but alas

I'd rather have KC lose and have to play an extra playoff game.

@ashley1992 @AtomicDawg

Ok I'm missing something. Please fill me in.

If KC wins and the Raiders lose, a healthy KC gets the 2nd seed and a bye. If both the Raiders and KC lose, Raiders (QB less) get the 2nd seed and KC has to play and extra playoff game.

So I would rather see KC play an extra playoff game.

You should rather the Patriots face only one of the two best AFC opponents, rather than both, IMO. It's not as if the Texans are likely to put up much of a fight against the Chiefs, either.

Ok thanks for that.
