This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
So the only way Boutte comes in is if Bourne is traded or Thornton goes to IR . This guy is getting in as QB2 / QB3. No way will bill allow him to go through waivers. He just earned a spot in 53 today.
Not often you get versatility in the form of two of the most important skill positions on the team. Kid definitely had a solid first showing, which was absolutely nice to see.
I think Bill might hope that Cunningham can achieve a "good enough" capability at WR where he can be their 5th (maybe 6th) guy, play a little special teams, and not be a liability if he's called upon as a receiver in a game, while also being the 3rd QB and working on his craft in that regard too. To your point, he probably isn't worth a spot on the 53 just as the 5th receiver but he is if he's also the 3rd QB and plays ST too, and can be used in some special packages on offense from time to time.
Zappe's % is so misleading, the kid couldn't do anything. The 1 pass to TT was a great catch, but the throw was off.
Sure, Malik was exciting - after the most pathetic unveiling of the shiny new BOB offense you could ever see.
We know it's preseason, but after the last 3 years we've had, might have been important to give the team - and fan base - something to hope for.
But ya, let Malik be QB2, can't be worse than Bailey & Trace.
Tough part is that, save for Mahomes, that style of play for a QB hasn't been sustainable to this point. Maybe that changes in the coming years, but the injury risk at the position has been a problem for those guys, with Mahomes dodging a bullet himself last year.
