I don't know if anyone mentioned this yet but on that miracle throw by Drake to Diggs right before the 2 minute warning it looked to be a designed QB run if you watch Mack Hollins he's not looking to get open he is looking to make a block. So for Diggs to be alert enough to get open is even more amazing IMO.

Ok, I absolutely think we should be in on him. Safe to say hasty will be elevated next week.

Wow, didn’t know elliott is only 30. I thought he did a good job for us in 23 but i haven’t heard good things about last season and i didn’t see him myself.

Idk a lot posters here have weird ideas about not wanting WRs. Forget PF2. Don't you agree it was nice seeing a Pats WR perform last night? Wouldn't you agree Diggs performance was essential to winning the game?

Evidently you haven't noticed yet but there are some well defined roles at play here. Our man PF2 is the High Priest of the WR cult, he knows it and he's a good sport about the ribbing he gets for it. Like most of us he has a sense of humor (unlike a painful few) and is perfectly willing to laugh at himself along with the rest of us. I can assure you from experience @Steve102 knows football, in fact he's probably forgotten more than most of us know. We're out of programs but please don't critique the 'actors' without understanding the play

Now excuse me, I threw up in my mouth a little saying nice things about those guys and I have to do a couple of shots to clear my pallet.

Yep. Other team gets paid too. It's not always "our players suck" - its sometimes "hey, those guys are good".

To be fair, sometimes the last few years it was both.
just sayin'

I need your venmo. Gotta send my installment for keeping you as my agent on retainer.

Having Dungy give a locker room address says a lot.

I doubt he does that a lot, nor for just any team. He watched them practice Friday, gave them a motivational presentation-game speech Sunday. That’s a strong endorsement!

I’m curious what his speaker’s fee for a corporate appearance would be.

Really good win. I realize that Stefon Diggs had added incentive to want to stick it to the Bills, but his 180 from prima Donna to team leader has been astonishing. Not just on the field but even more impressive that his in game contributions was the amount of energy he expended on the sidelines. He drove them and urged them on relentlessly every second of that game.

Vrabel and Co. did an amazing job last offseason. They brought in exactly the kinds of players he wanted to build a team with, and clearly hit the draft out of the park. But even then it takes a lot of time and convincing to turn that into a real winning team. Last night was the kind of win that gets a group of 53 guys to completely buy into what he and his coaches have been telling them from day 1, play your asses off every down, don't let mistakes phase you, and play as a team and you can beat anyone. That win made them all believers, and that will take them a long long way going forward. I don't think anyone believed t would happen this fast but imo they have turned the corner from laughingstock of the league to playoff contenders. On January the 5th the Bills laughed their asses off as the Patriots beat them and lost the 1st overall pick in the draft, after last night it's safe to say that they aren't laughing anymore.
I was just reading the post on this thread about Dungy coming to watch practice Friday and then giving a pregame speech on Sunday.

I’m sure things like that just reinforce Vrabel and his message to the team.

Any bets that Mayo’s kumbaya totally lacked such substance?

We need to think long term.. everything is front of us, he's one of our best players.. week 14 bye, players don't het healthier as the season goes on...
Thinking long term, maybe rest some key players week 13 or 15? Haven’t looked at who we play then, but if scouting says we would still be in good shape giving backups some game time could have multiple benefits.

I don't know. An hour flight versus 8 plus hours drive on I-90 NY thruway? Which I have done many a time. Give me the flight unless docs nix it.
Team charter would be uncomfortable. Med flight charter seems best.

Nice try but you ain't gettin' off that easy. I still expect the bourbon shipped to my door.

I would say so, the NFL schedule is grueling. We have a late bye and I know Vrabel touched on that recently.. saying how he manages guys and allows them to get necessary treatment, ect throughout the season. Having Tavai back who played well adds needed depth to the LBs.. we are deep on the defensive line.. so it's pivotal say week 14 we seem to have a berth it makes sense to give guys rest if needed.

If.. just if.. we can maintain our play.. I forsee 2 possibly 3 more losses.

Bills, Tampa Bay, and Ravens if they are healthy.
