Did everyone see the Raiders right tackle false start on two plays in a row? The first one was with about a minute left in the first quarter and would have pushed the Raiders back to the 5. The very next play, he did it again. These were very obvious, especially that first one.
It's gonna be a long season....Oline. Bad call on Parker all thou Parker route was bad. Turning into the teeth of the defense. Good drive. Mac needs alot of help with the pocket footwork. Watch Brady tape more Mac, your making bad decisions. Defense i hope gets more mature. Playing against the 2s again.
Most uninteresting pee-season game I've ever watched. I think it was because I couldn't grasp what they were trying to accomplish other than simply throwing players/plays 'at the wall' and seeing what sticks.
I am a glass half-full and a “in Bill I trust” guy when is comes to the Pats but I am officially concerned. If they can figure out the OL I think that they should be fine but the line is a hot mess right now.
I don’t think Bill cares much about winning or losing football games anymore. Just wants to be hanging out with his sons and buddies on the football field and doing whatever the **** he wants.
My worry is they don't have the talent on defense. I'm fine with the offense and think it will only improve and be better from the one that scored 27.2 points a game last year.
The defense though is woefully lacking in talent. Pass rush, run defense, LBs, CBs. I don't see it. We're good at safety and that is all.
I'm really much less worried about the offense.
AND--we've look vanilla and bad in previous preseason games over the years. Big worry for me is still the defense. Some huge gains through the air by the Raiders B team yesterday
Offense needs to be better, way better. Let’s hope they figure things out soon. You got a young QB and it’s important that you put him in a decent situation for him to succeed.
