Composure. People are putting asterisk next to Zappe's performance because of the injuries to the Lions secondary, but what I saw was the composure, the feel for rush. He could have missed most of his throws; I will still have been impressed because of the composure I saw, it is something we have been missing since Brady left.
You don't coach or teach composure, some have it, others panic when the pressure is on.
Best that I have seen our defense play in quite a while… Zappe looks calm cool and composed out there… He’s making plays and getting a lot of offensive players involved that Mac has been unable to utilize… Meyers is clutch… Folk is amazing… And Stevenson is a beast
