He looks a bit small but has all the tools both physical and mental. If you listen to his post game interviews he has the right mindset. I am a fan.

The expensive cars part - let's not forget he was born and raised rich.
Sanders is all all overrated, hyper promoted/publicized smoke and mirrors imho….we shall see

Yup. We thought Dallas was rock bottom. But Nope the whole team dug real deep to pull out an even WORSE loss against the Saints!
But wait... they will dig even deeper to pull out another record breaking loss in 2 weeks against Josh Allen!!!

The national media has caught on and they've been discussing this recently. His rep is going to take a major hit.
national media has been waiting for 20 yrs. they wont give the same crap to tomlin for.g.

Bill is a better story.

Nobody cares about Tomlin.

Real changes will be made after this season. Bob’s hand will be forced if they can’t get at least 5 wins. I’m not saying Bill gets canned, but I think a big shake up lies ahead.
Sorry, keeping Bill around after his draft debacles and coaching blunders since Brady last season… Makes no sense… Time for him to go elsewhere, or retire, and be thankful for what he got

The defense sucks? Obviously, you watched a different game.

The Defense gave up 20, a bit more than the 14 Jones gave up. I didn't do the arithmetic, but the points per minute is probably close.

Jackson will help a lot. Hopefully, we get some help from Jack Jones and from Flowers.
Yes.. I'm calling them out they suck too right now. Your right they gave up 20 but still let Carr sit back all day and do what he wants.. look I get it.. gonzo and judon are massive losses. However we still had enough to compete and not let Carr look like Mahomes.

From what I've heard from people close to Shanahan was that they were set to take Jones when they made the trade. But because there was so much time still left from the draft, they got cold feet after watching guys like Trey Lance. In the end, they felt they needed to make a splash after missing out on Mahomes and took Lance.
It's a shame. Mac Jones might have even turned into a middle tier QB for the 49ers. Instead BB helped sabotage his career. He got to work with a genius OC like Mcdaniels his rookie year and looks good. Then gets saddled with an inept OC in Patricia in his crucial 2nd developmental year.

Now in year 3 he's got no talent to work with and his confident is completely shot. He doesn't have the mental toughness, decision-making, arm talent, composure, or pocket awareness to overcome a weak OL and only mediocre receiving targets.

I say Mac Jones looks WASHED now. It's time to move on and do an entire revamp of the offense. Somebody mentioned that if Mac Jones moves on he might turn into Colt McCoy. My reply is who cares, Colt McCoy was never good enough to be a true NFL starter in the 1st place. Let's find a legit QB1!

I think the Mac/Tua thing is unfair for this reason: Tua is more physically gifted than Mac…he’s just been injury prone.

Tua is basically a souped up version of what folks hoped Mac would be, while actual Mac is like ordering a Rolex from China and getting a spray painted Timex

I don’t see Tua that more physically gifted. He doesn’t move a lot like he did in college and his arm strength isn’t significantly better. Watching him now is that he just has so much speed and talent around him that he can just get rid of the ball quickly and not have to worry about his physical skills.

If you watched the Dolphins game last week you saw Tua get sped up and forced to make dumb decisions in the second half when Buffalo dialed up the pressure. He wilted under pressure.

Mac may not have the success Tua is having in that offense, but I think a lot of QB would and some would be much better.

Go suck another limp **** loser.

If you think I care enough about your butthurt over the Pats to go search for posts from August you are more pathetic than I even suspected.
Keep making **** up then ****ytits, nobody gives a **** about your flyover state and your dogshit mediocre franchise that won a single Super Bowl in the last 25 years. Go **** your brother

I suspect that we will have an OK coaching staff on Defense. Personally, I suspect that both Mayo and Steve B will stay on.
That's gonna depend a lot on how BB exits. Steve has said he won't consider DC/HC jobs with other teams while BB is still here.

Tua has Hill, Waddle, Mostert and Achane. Let's not act like it's just a "he's more physically gifted" thing.

Next week’s game is a must win as Bob does not want to see Bill lose a 3rd straight time to McDaniels and a 2nd straight time to Jimmy G. This would be a really terrible look on the franchise.
I thought we said this last week… Next week’s game is a must….. especially against the Saints at home… This was one of the worst embarrassments and patriots recent football history….. and it falls at the feet of a coach who’s getting exposed now badly… Bill Belichick

Glad to know that everyone has come to their senses.

We are finally seeing the result of Belichick's flaws come into fruition this year without Tom.
Belichick just had so much covered up by Brady. It's just the facts.

Players hated him in Cleveland, and he's butted head with many Pats players across the past 2 decades.

We know he can't draft, especially on offense.

His criteria for his coaching staff is "are you my friend? Or will you have undying loyalty to me?"

And he makes a lot of ego-based decisions in games. Benching Bourne for speaking out against the offense. Not knowing when to go-for-it vs kicking field goals. Benching a player who fumbled to prove a point.

In short, Bill is a great defensive coordinator who quite frankly, isn't very good at anything else. Brady covered up so much, and this year is the result of what happens when you give Bill 4-5 seasons with the same situation other coaches deal with.

There were far more Mac supporters than @Rob0729. No one is seriously calling those people out now.
OK, let's be clear.

Bill took a reasonable shot at getting a franchise QB by drafting Mac at 15 and took a reasonable shot at getting a backup with Zappe in the 4th. How many of the QB's picked in the same rounds in those years are doing really well (other than the 1st pick in the draft). Consider what other traded up to get the #2 or the #11 when we got Jones. Did their GM's do better?

I might have taken additional picks in the early rounds, rather than wait and hope. But, I get it. Bill's last chance was for Jones-Zappe to succeed.

Lame. Chick-fil-a’s most famous gimmick is literally that they’re closed on Sundays lol.

Love their spicy chicken biscuit. Literally only reason I go there on Saturdays as a weekend treat.

Tom brady in his prime couldn't rescue this team, he wouldn't have time to throw the ball
There were many years where Tom Brady didn’t have much time to throw… And he had even lesser talent at wide receiver… And he got it done somehow that’s what you get with the greatest quarterback of all time

No, he'd win with these guys. He'd make the oline look better. he'd whip the ball around to our te's and receivers. Our defense would believe and be elevated.
Very well said

Nah man. I've been saying it and I think more agree now, we don't want help.

We've had a 20 year amazing run and now we just all have to bite the bullet and have a couple months of suckage to get a new quarterback and high draft choices. Hell, this team could be contending in 2 years.
