Godchaux and Bentley suck. Should have been obvious since preseason. Or when they gave up 270 rushing yards. Or 225 rushing yards. Still have homers here who refuse to see it despite both film and hard numbers.
If you go out spending big money on receivers then you have to give up something else. Bill wants to win running the ball and defense, which people were all over this year as working, now all of the sudden its the pass catchers? The pats in now way have bad pass catchers at all. I have seen worse for the pats go to the superbowl…
Again, the defense and run game is why the pats will make the playoffs this year. Pats are top 3 in defense, and have ran great. Without that, the pats would be in a lot of trouble.
1.) colts exposed the patriots defense and Buffalo just exploited them!
2.) our wide receivers are the slowest in pro football! Every team we face knows our routes and are jumping them. With our slow pokes at wide receiver, jones is being hung out to dry!
3.) speaking of jones, Che has clearly crashed into the rookie wall.
Just for perspective - if I came to you at the end of the last game of last year's 7-9 mess of a season and said "Hey, next year the Pats are gonna draft a QB in the first round, spend a bunch of money in free agency, split their games with the Bills and win 11 games en route to a wild card berth", I would imagine you'd be damn happy about that! That's a very realistic outcome for this season.
The WRs without Agholor are so easy to defend. Not one of them are a real threat to beat you deep except for maybe KB. Meyers and Harry provide no threat to beat you deep.
Another excuse the Mac lovers can use to explain why their QB sucked again is the OL… No consistent pocket all game long; in fact it seemed as if he had two rushers in his business for most of the game… And their run-blocking, while better than it was vs Indy, still wasn’t opening consistent holes even on plays when they had a numbers advantage…
And another thing: Isaiah Wynn/Lose ****ing Sucks as a LT.
Tip your cap to the Bills...simply put they are just a better team talent and scheme wise than the pats.
Too much credit, too soon for Jones. Even earlier in the season at his best he was good...not great. I do not think he is a franchise QB.
BB 2021 Free agent class is starting to look as bad as many of his recent drafts.

Based on the way the Patriots played last 2 weeks, they don’t have a chance to compete against playoff teams. The teams are broadcasting how they will beat the PatrIots and Patriots can’t do anything on offense and defense to stop it.
The offense did get us within 5 but the defense HAD to get the stop to let us win the game. Making the playoffs with a rookie QB will have exceeded expectations this season and is my only hope now as Ive given up on the 1 seed (HAHA) Just get into the playoffs and who knows what can happen. If we fail there is still Brady to root for.

This defense is good. I'm not saying they're bad. But they are the Peyton Manning of defenses lately. You can hardly ever get a stop from them when you need it most. Hope it changes
