I just want them to play a good game while killing their opponents by 20-30 points. I'm satisfied with wins but it's hard to be satisfied with the way they win sometimes. I can't stand sloppy and careless playing around while beating on a scrub. I'm like Belichick, in that regard.

Well, if you can't be satisfied with wins, you'll usually be miserable. Just keep it to yourself, not everyone wants miserable wins.
