#Eagles agree to terms with the following free agents: S Kenny Phillips (1 year) and CB Cary Williams (3 years)

Good, didn't want either of them.

Good moves for Philly.

Unless I've missed it, I've seen nothing on Michael Huff. How good a fit is he for us?

Williams was 3 years 17 million (10.5 guaranteed)

Both those guys are solid...would have helped this team out.

wow, so only Talib and Aso remaining as possible CBs?
Safeties?

I don't get it, Lewis at 11M guaranteed would've been a bargain. Phillips one year contract would've been a perfect Pats move...

I was under the impression he sucks and that we wouldn't want him, but I could be wrong.

Aso will soon be gone. Still have grimes out there...but lots are now signing today so who knows..maybe they only sign 1 Cb and no S? Lord only knows what they plan on this year...i can't make sense of it.

I really liked lewis..young and good upside

Adrian wilson still out there...kerry rhodes for S

Who? That's a lot of money for a 2009 7th rounder who has never started. Good. Waste your money.

Ricky Jean-Francois is a big load as a DT. Lots of teams were interested, and I would have liked to bring him here to be honest.

I agree with you that it's more money than anyone would have guessed. They see him as a starter though, and they'd have some reason to do so.

Seems like IND just throws a bit more money around if they want to lock you up. I would have imagined Francois going for about a million less per year.

Maybe it's nothing more complicated than that they like Dowling and Wilson, see some good value in the draft and once the money starts to dry up in the market, will bring back Talib and Arrington on their terms.

Adam Schefter ?@AdamSchefter

Former Steelers CB Keenan Lewis reached agreement with Saints on five-year deal with max value of $26.3 million, including $10.5 mil gtd.

Seriously if they can't get Talib with those kind of deals for CBs even the biggest homer has to admit that the FO ****ed up

Not really digging all of the secondary signings with no moves. The market is thinning quickly. Maybe that's just the excited fan in me?

It looks like a possibility that some of that freed up chunk of money might go towards extending someone early in the next few months, because apparently they aren't in the market for nearly as many needs as most thought.

Incarcerated Bob says the Pats have offered their 1st round pick for Revis.

Take that for what it's worth (e.g. toilet paper).

FWIW he has nailed all the signings this year before MSM has with the exception of the Sean Smith signing.

EDIT - 1st this year, 2nd in 2014 according to IBN. But as you said...take it for what it's worth.

They're looking at the kind of deal that Sean Smith signed in relation to Talib...IF that.

3/18, and I will bet you anything they never go that high at 18.

They aren't going to offer Talib the kind of deal that K.Lewis just got, not at FIVE years.

Not diggin it either...and to the above poster...they like dowling? based on what? He sucks

The CB market is shrinking....we have 19 million so how about a #1 CB please....?

Talib
Asomugha
Grimes

Who or what is MSM? Sorry for the ignorance.

You're telling me that Incarcerated Bob has gotten every signing correct this FA period with the exception of S.Smith? Really?

MainStream Media.

He has...I know most folks think he is a joke. All I'm saying is up until the Sean Smith announcement (1st I saw was Adam S.) he has broke all of them...

Again I'm Just Saying.
