I just don't know, because remember the buzz on how brilliant Matt Cassel was in 08? Record-setting games and all that in NE, and now he's clinging to a roster spot as a backup in TN? Belichick and his coaches are so genius, you get the feeling they could find another QB to train into star without much problem.

That may be true, but Cassel was basically a QB-sized lump of clay when he came to New England. Garoppolo threw 55 TDs vs. 9 picks his senior year.
