I don’t know who it is on, but it seems every third and long the receivers barely run past the sticks if pats it at all. Rarely do they run at least two or three yards past it.

He didn't run short of the Sticks. He was across the line and hooked back. Jones was late on the throw again so it brought Bourne back across the line instead of keeping him over it.
