Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Week 6 Pats @ Jets

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

WIDE! OPEN! Wheeeew! The hell was that?!

Pathetic.

Exactly the play you don’t want.

If the Pats don't win by more than seven points, I would consider this game and loss

I already chalked it up as a loss when they were behind halfway through the second quarter. The game is not about results it’s about our expectations.

They suck

All of them

I’m not even going to count this as Brady’s record breaking game, it hasn’t been nearly pretty enough.

OK, how could he be so wide open? WTF

By the letter of the law it was the correct call. As odd as it seems. It feels weird but if he doesn't want it to happen just keep a firm hold on the ball

Looked legitimate to me. He lost possession and didn't fully get control of the ball until he was out of bounds, which was essentially simultaneous with his landing in/on the pylon and the end zone.

To fumble it that means he had to have possession, then lose possession... I can't say I understand this call but I'm takin' it

I don't get this defense.

It's so bad I'm thinking Patricia is going from Head coach candidate to unemployed.

Jenkins lost possession of the ball and didn't regain possession until he was already out of bounds. I'm not sure about the confusion there. Flukey? Yes. Bad reversal? No.

All you people who think it was a bad call - do you think he regained possession while he was in bounds?

That's the only reason you can think that was a bad call.

Well...now they have another shot...

That was quick.
