That was a maddening drive by the Jets. The defense did a good job and the pass rush did its job. Two plays - the call for holding and the ten yard QB "rush" undid what was basically good work.
I don't know about five years, i think the replacement reffs are covered if you go back that far, and they really stunk. But i could go the last three years. This crew is atrocious.
That's been the issue all season. If they actually had a decent, physical, running back, they may be able to score in RZ without having to rely on Brady's obsession with Gronk... Or White.
I get letting guys play or calling it tight, but this defies explanation. Jets getting away with flagrant **** and pats are being called for the most ticky tack **** you'll ever see. This officiating is an absolute disgrace.
