Ravens had 12 seconds to burn on 4th down and instead of punting they snapped the ball and everyone on their line held and tackled everyone. The punter stood in the end zone and waiting for time to run out then stepped up of the back of the end zone and the gamed ended with Cinci taking the safety. I guess they couldn't force another snap.
