What part of that article contains "new info" which "shows" that the Patriots "may have tampered"? All it shows is that they wanted to trade for him, Pittsburgh got butthurt and took a much worse deal to send him to the Raiders, and Brown didn't want to be on the Raiders so did what he had to do to get cut by them, then signed with his preferred team - which was the Patriots. It should be no secret to Brown that they were interested, I am sure that Rosenhaus was made aware of trade offers during that period in time.
