Your only other TE is playing on a fractured ankle. All it takes is one Atlanta player falling into his legs or tackling him awkwardly.

In a game like that an additional receiver wouldn't have made any difference anyway.

#Patriots Aren't going to eat a 3 million cap hit to get rid of Gostkowski next year, but they need to bring in someone to push him.

Yeah, that needs to happen.

But if BB is going to run an O that depends on TEs, he'd be a hell of a lot better off if he had three TEs who could each play 50% of snaps rather than rely on two TEs to play 75+% of snaps.
