It's not his job to pick up the blitz (and just ignore his assigned block). What Mac should have done was identify the slot blitz and slide the protection over.

The "holding" they called on Bethel was laughable since the Falcons' player tried to run THROUGH Bethel and fell down as a result.
The "block in the back" they called on Bethel was a result of the other gunner blocking the Falcons' player into Bethel and the guy falling over.
Fox really panders to the demo that is so drunk for games that they can barely comprehend complete sentences. I hate Fox’s broadcast. Thank God the Pats are in the AFC.
