Edelman needs to catch that ball, but Cam def threw it a little high. If it had been right on the money, Edelman could have protected it better.

Also, I feel like Brady would have recognized that Blitz.

he impressed me by dragging defenders on that early run. Surpassing my expectations.

That drop screwed this drive

I think that 9 yard sack had something to do with it actually. Incomplete passes happen on every drive. You need to recover from it. If you need to complete every pass on a drive for it to be successful, you'll almost never be. Also I think Cam was a hair late getting the ball there. If he got it there a fraction sooner maybe Edelman secures it.

Apparently sony had a foot injury last year, pluse the o-line is better this year.

the other team gets paid to play too. That was not so easy he should be faulted. If he gets 50-50 on those I think it's good.

That should be caught 95% of the time. That's not a 50/50 ball.

Edelman makes more difficult catches on a routine basis.
