Yep. Mac has flaws in his game. Zappe has flaws in his game. But because Mac was drafted high and Zappe came from a small school Mac’s flaws don’t count and Zappe’s flaws count double.
Feels like they came into the game-planning to primarily run the ball but Indy game-planned to stop the run, so Patricia needs to adjust. Unfortunately the OL is not holding up well enough to go very pass-heavy so it probably needs to be some kind of short-passing situation.
I honestly don’t understand in the slightest how someone can see how the offense operates under Jones and how the offense operated under Zappe, and come to the conclusion Jones should be the starter. Blows my mind. Sunk cost fallacy at its finest.
